TUG Mat Time Request Form

Fill in Form below, and press the "Request Mat Time" button to finalize your request

AVAILABILITIES:
4 time slots on Friday, after completion of setup. (approx 4pm)
8 time slots on Saturday, after completion of racing.
NOTES:
Each time slot is for 7 minutes
Maximum of 1 time slot per Flyball Club per day
2nd time slot request per Flyball Club per day will be accepted. These requests will be honored if there are any available time slots after all 1st time slot requests are fulfilled.
Once all time slots are fulfilled, requests will be put on a "waiting list"
PRICING:
$10.00 per time slot
PAYMENT:
Mat time slots will be reserved on a first received AND paid/first basis
